Don’t forget that when those who suffer with depression have “good days,” they STILL HAVE DEPRESSION and are still suffering and will suffer for the rest of their lives! It’s not something that magically goes away. Little things can trigger depressive episodes. It’s always inside of them. The best you can do is remind those that you love them. Be there for them. Never stop worrying about them. Don’t think that they’re cured just because they’re smiling and laughing. Love them. Love them. Don’t make their illness feel like am inconvenience. Just love them.
